Hoping the community can help me out here because I've been going in circles for weeks. I run a small home services business and the phone situation has become genuinely unmanageable, calls coming in while I'm on jobs, voicemails piling up, customers getting frustrated, and competitors winning business simply because they pick up faster than me. A guy at a trade show last month mentioned Callacy AI when I vented about this exact problem. Before I dig deeper into evaluating it, I'd love to hear from other small operators who actually solved their call handling chaos. What did you try that didn't work? What ended up being the actual fix? And how long did it take to see real results in your day-to-day operations? Any honest input would be really appreciated right now.
