Hi everyone,
I’m considering a pay at the table POS system for my restaurant and would like to hear from people who have experience using one. The ability for customers to pay directly at their table seems like a great way to speed up service and improve convenience. It also appears to offer better payment security since cards never have to leave the customer’s hands. I’m interested in knowing whether these benefits make a noticeable difference in day-to-day operations.
For those who have implemented a pay at the table POS system, has it helped reduce wait times and improve customer satisfaction? I’d also like to know if there were any challenges with staff training, device reliability, or overall costs. Any recommendations, lessons learned, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for sharing your experience!
